New Service Helps Business Travelers Avoid Dreaded Bad Hotel Room

If a business traveler wants to feel like a part of the community, if only for a limited time, Roomorama’s "Perks Program" offers guests deals and promotions in major cities around the world, allowing members to receive services such as day passes to gyms and free car-rental memberships, which allow users to explore their new surroundings.

To find a place to stay, business travelers either call a dedicated phone line at 877-442-2911 or e-mail to outline their travel criteria. The Business Concierge then searches for properties and inquires with hosts on the customer’s behalf. Available properties are presented to the potential guest and then bookings are made directly on the Web site.

Roomorama’s "Certified Hosts" is designed to put business travelers at ease about their living arrangements. A Certified Host is a host that has received a minimum of three positive reviews or one who manages properties professionally, which increases the chances that a traveler will be satisfied with  accommodations.

Guests can rent out a room, apartment or house without worry with one of Roomorama’s community-vetted renters. The company’s secure payment system protects users’ information, and the customer-service team is available 24 hours a day.
